Famous people with diabetes and some not so famous diabetics live all over the world and are involved in various fields of interest.

I have gathered together a brief list that I hope you will find useful.

See how many of the celebrities on this list you know of. Some of the celebrated diabetics included may surprise you.

There are many other famous diabetics that are not included. In the future I would love the opportunity for you to assist me in keeping this list of celebrated diabetics updated.

I could not believe it myself either, the list seems to include, the "who is who" in the world of music, sports, politics and films.

I have personally seen some really famous people with diabetes and some not so famous people with diabetes, like my lovely mom.

The fact is anyone can become a diabetic but famous people with diabetes does not allow the disease to prevent or stop them from pursuing their ambitions. Being a diabetic only means a change in lifestyle.

Famous diabetics or famous people with diabetes do pursue careers, run business, practice sports and pursue numerous other dreams.

Among the famous people with diabetes group is Olympic Gold Medal winner Sir Steven Redgrave. He is definately one of the famous diabetics that I admire because he is an inspiration.

This fact is very important so let me repeat. Diabetes will not stop you from becoming a top sportsman or sportswoman, politician, actor/actress, musician, journalist, or whatever else you want to be.

As my mom always says, you can be whatever you want to be. The requirement is having passion, drive and a desire to achieve. That is it.

Preventing diabetes

Please remember, it is much better to keep diabetes away and if your diet is well planned and if you do at least thirty minutes exercise daily you will significantly reduce your risk of being a diabetic. diabetes reversal report
